Registration Checklist

  1. Everyone attending Trek including MAs / PAs, adult support staff, and youth trekkers will need to Register Online HERE by Sunday, March 1st, 2026
  2. Fill out all medical release agreement forms
    1. Use the forms in  your Trek packet, or print these Medical Release & Agreement Forms
  3. Return all paperwork to your ward registration coordinator (See coordinator list on the registration page)
